Remove one connected account

  1. Sign in to PublishArc and open Brands & channels.
  2. Find the account and choose Disconnect. Its stored login is deleted right away and its unsent posts are cancelled.
  3. Optionally, also remove PublishArc in the platform itself: Facebook and Instagram under Settings → Business integrations, Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions, TikTok under Settings → Security → Manage app permissions.

Delete your whole workspace

  1. Sign in and open Settings.
  2. Under Your data, choose Download export first if you want a copy.
  3. Choose Delete workspace and type DELETE. Your brands, connected accounts, media, posts and results are deleted immediately.

Can't sign in?

Email the site owner from the address on your account and ask for deletion. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by email. Posts already published stay on the social platforms; delete them there if you want them removed.
